The ODYSSEUS Final Event and 7th Plenary Meeting took place on 27 November 2025 in Manchester, UK, bringing together the consortium and invited stakeholders at a key moment in the project’s lifecycle, ahead of its official conclusion at the end of 2025.

The purpose of the event was to present and discuss the final results of the ODYSSEUS project, to reflect on the work carried out across all technical and cross-cutting activities, and to review the project’s overall progress, impact, and readiness for completion. The meeting also served as a coordination and consolidation point for partners in preparation for the final review phase.

In total, 45 participants attended the event, including both on-site and online participants, representing project partners and relevant stakeholder groups.

The programme included:

  • the presentation of the project final results,
  • a showcase of the ODYSSEUS platform,
  • end-user insights from field activities,
  • key lessons learned and policy recommendations,
  • ethical, legal and societal perspectives,
  • synergies with sister EU projects, and
  • presentations of project activities in preparation for the project review.
